Over the past several years, I've specialized in the P&C Insurance domain, working extensively with Duck Creek Policy, Duck Creek Billing, Guidewire PolicyCenter, and Guidewire ClaimCenter. I've validated complex insurance workflows involving policy lifecycle, underwriting, rating, forms, billing, user administration, batch jobs, premium calculations, and production fixes while supporting large-scale enterprise implementations for global insurance clients.
